비만관 파이프용 전자 유량계.

유체가 만관이 아니어도 유량 측정 가능. 

전극 네개와 초음파 레벨 센서로 구성되어 초음파 레벨센서에 의하여 유량 보정을 하게된다.

파이프 하단 에서 40mm 이상의 유체만 흘러도 유량 측정 가능. 다시 말하여 파이프 바닥으로부터 10%의 유량만 흘러도 측정. 오차범위는 2.0% of F.S. 이다.

150mm 이상의 파이프 설치 가능하며 2200mm 까지 제작 가능하다. 기본 전자유량계와 같이 4-20ma, Pulse, RS 485출력 및 경보 출력을 가진다.

도시 건설, 관로 및 운하, 수처리 설비에 유용하다.

나머지 전반적인 사양 선정은 기존 전자유량계와 동일.

Magnetic flowmeter of not fully filled pipe which is another innovation of Greentech, Korea. This meter is consisted of 4pcs of electrods and 1pc of ultrasonic level snsor. This level sensor compensates the flow rate accuracy.

This meter can measure the flow rate filled as much as min. 10% of pipe. 

This meter can be possible from min. DN150 pipe and very good for water treatment pipe and urban construction, river canal, coal mime etc.

The test of specifications are same as gerneral magnetic flowmeter.

타제품에 비하여 수증기에 강한 초음파레벨미터

수증기에 대하여 다른 제품보다  강한 초음파 레벨미터.

미터 프로브에 뭍은 빗물로 짐작할 수 있다. 

프로브 보호를 위하여 sealed 처리된 제품도 공급 가능. 이 경우 측정 범위는 non sealed type 보다 20%정도 감소 한다.

참고로 오일 및 분체에서 본 초음파 레벨미터를 사용하는 경우 물 기준 범위의 30~40% 범위에서 측정 범위를 산정하여야 한다. 이는 오일이나 분처의 경우 신호의 반사율이 30-40% 떨어지기 때문이다.

Easy operation.

We can supply the sealed type probe to protect sensor prove. But in case of this, the measuring rangd is decreased 20% of non sealed type range. 

If you want to use this in oil, solid, powder application, you should consider the 30~40% range of water range. Because the reflection rate of oil, powder is decreased at 30~40%.

분진에 강한 레이더 미터

그린텍코리아(주) 78ghz fmcw radar level meter.

안테나 표면에 녹인 쵸코렛을 붙히고 적은 파이프에서 유체의 레벨 측정을 테스트. 실제 아래 사진과 같이 아무런 문제 없이  레벨을 정확하게 측정 함을 보여 준다. 

발사하는 에너지가 강하고 빔 각도가 작고 대드 밴드가 작아 이 모든 어려운 조건을 극복하고 레벨 측정을 정확하게 함을 확인 할 수 있다.. 

이래 사진 정도 이상의 안데나 표면에 분진이 붙는다 해도 탱크 레벨 측정에 문제가 없다.  

본 미터는 분진이 심한 탱크. 고온 고압탱크. 소형 반응기. 스마트 홍수관리 시스템에 활용할 수 있다.

미터 지시하는 수치는 미터 플랜지부터 유체 표면까지 거리를 표시한다.

We tried to measure the liquid level from small pipe tank after having stucken thick melted chocolate on antenna surface of radar meter.

As following real photo, the our 78ghz fmcw radar level meter could measure the level of small pipe. This can be possible for stronger energy, small dead band, small beam angle. Of course, some more thicker accumulated on the surface of antenna is not any problem.

This meter can be applicated in heavy dust tank, high temperature tank, high oressure tank, small tank and smart flood control system.

The meter displaying value indicates distance from meter flange to the surface of  water.
