비만관 파이프용 전자 유량계.
유체가 만관이 아니어도 유량 측정 가능.
전극 네개와 초음파 레벨 센서로 구성되어 초음파 레벨센서에 의하여 유량 보정을 하게된다.
파이프 하단 에서 40mm 이상의 유체만 흘러도 유량 측정 가능. 다시 말하여 파이프 바닥으로부터 10%의 유량만 흘러도 측정. 오차범위는 2.0% of F.S. 이다.
150mm 이상의 파이프 설치 가능하며 2200mm 까지 제작 가능하다. 기본 전자유량계와 같이 4-20ma, Pulse, RS 485출력 및 경보 출력을 가진다.
도시 건설, 관로 및 운하, 수처리 설비에 유용하다.
나머지 전반적인 사양 선정은 기존 전자유량계와 동일.
Magnetic flowmeter of not fully filled pipe which is another innovation of Greentech, Korea. This meter is consisted of 4pcs of electrods and 1pc of ultrasonic level snsor. This level sensor compensates the flow rate accuracy.
This meter can measure the flow rate filled as much as min. 10% of pipe.
This meter can be possible from min. DN150 pipe and very good for water treatment pipe and urban construction, river canal, coal mime etc.
The test of specifications are same as gerneral magnetic flowmeter.
